Welcome to Avant Garde Montessori!
We are excited to offer a State-of-the-art Campus and an authentic Montessori Program in the heart of Pomona community and its surrounding neighborhoods.
From our youngest infant students who are learning to explore the classroom and world around them, to our six-year-olds developing strategies to gain self, community, cultural, and environmental awareness; you’ll find confident and engaged learners at all levels. Avant Garde’s programs cultivate a student’s academic and social development and prepare them to advance successfully to leading next schools.

Anu Jolly
Founder & Director
Anu Jolly brings in a rich and diverse Education experience, spanning more than two decades, as an educator, Curriculum Specialist, and Teachers’ Trainer in two of the top Independent School Districts in Houston, Texas. She has successfully completed the academic coursework for American Montessori Society credential in Montessori Administrator from Houston Montessori Center, and has Masters & Baccalaureate degrees in English Literature and Education.
She brings an eclectic combination of discipline and creativity with sharp focus on education and compassion to create a fun environment for learning at Avant Garde Montessori.
